The office is located in the Mosaic Building, which has an elevator for accessibility. There are two entrances, one on Fort Street and one on Meares Street; both entrances have an intercom. Metered parking is available along Fort, or alternatively, free one-hour parking along Meares Street and free two-hour parking along Vancouver, Rockland, and Burdett Streets.
